- 1 package (24 grams) Cholula® Original Fajita - Medium Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) vegetable oil, divided
- 1 pound (500 grams) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) water
- 8 (6-inch/15-cm) flour tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- 2 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil in same skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- 3 Spoon meat mixture into warm tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, and cilantro, if desired.
