- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange wings in single layer on large foil-lined pan.
- 2 Bake on lowest oven rack 30 minutes or until crispy, turning hallway through.
- 3 Place wings and Wing Sauce in large bowl; toss until well coated. Serve with avocado crema, celery and carrot sticks, if desired.
- 4 Test Kitchen Tip: To make your own avocado crema, simply place 1 large ripe avocado (peeled and pitted, of course) in a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 cup sour cream or crema, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder and salt. Process until well blended and smooth. Stir in 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerate until ready to serve.
