INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 package Cholula® Taco Seasoning Mix Jalapeno Lime
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 package (9 ounces) Romaine lettuce, torn or chopped
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 3/4 cup Mexican crema
  • 2 tablespoons Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet. Add shrimp, sauté 1 minute. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  • 2 To assemble salad, layer romaine, cooked shrimp, tomato, avocado, Cotija and crushed tortilla chips in serving bowl.
  • 3 Mix crema and Green Pepper Hot Sauce in small bowl. Drizzle over salad to serve.
