Heat skillet over medium heat. Add bacon and fry until crispy and cut in half.
Add olive oil to a separate pan and heat over medium heat, until shimmering.
Crack egg into pan and cook to desired doneness. We recommend over medium.
While the egg is cooking, add grated cheddar and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cheese melts. Cover pan with a lid to melt cheese faster.
Assemble by adding the bacon and the cheesy egg to the bottom half of the toasted English muffin.
Add as much Cholula Chili Garlic as you’d like for more flavor and top with remaining muffin half.
