Mix all dry rub ingredients together with a fork in a metal bowl.

Thoroughly coat the ribs with the dry rub.

Let the ribs sit for 1 hour at room temperature.

Grill ribs over low heat, covered, for 2 - 4 hours.

Remove ribs from grill and add as much Cholula Chipotle as you’d like for more flavor.
