Chicken Bowl

Could you eat this easy-to-prep chicken and rice bowl – loaded with toppings and Cholula® Original Hot Sauce flavour – everyday forever and ever? We sure could.

  • 4 cups hot steamed white rice
  • 500 g grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup roasted/ cooked corn kernals
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo salsa
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, stone removed, peeled, pitted and sliced or chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves


  • 1 Divide rice among 4 serving bowls. Top evenly with grilled chicken and drizzle with Hot Sauce.
  • 2 Layer each bowl evenly with corn, Pico de Gallo, black beans, avocado and cheese. Add additional Hot Sauce, if desired. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tips:
