Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl with Cholula Habanero Vinaigrette

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 3 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. of sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. of Cholula® Sweet Habanero Hot Sauce

  • 3/4 lb. - 1 lb. of diced ahi-tuna (fresh sashimi grade)
  • 1 big pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 sheet of nori that is sliced or diced
  • 1 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced
  • 1 green onion, sliced thinly

  • 1/4 cup of shiro miso sesame dressing
  • 2 cups of steamed rice

    Pour soy, sesame and Cholula Sweet Habanero in a medium sized bowl and whisk lightly. Add the tuna and set aside.

    In a serving bowl, make a base using one serving of rice - then layer on the dressed tuna, green onion, sesame seeds, seaweed, carrot, avocado and nori seaweed on top.

    Drizzle some shiro miso dressing as desired to complete your Poke Bowl!
