Guacamole Ole

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cholula Original Hot Sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • cilantro leaves
  • tortilla chips

    Cut each avocado in half, remove pit, scoop the flesh away from the skin and place in bowl.

    Add ingredients and using a fork, mash and mix until desired texture.

    Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.
