WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (20/80 Blend)
  • 3 Tablespoons Cholula Original® Hot Sauce
  • 4 slices Pepperjack Cheese
  • 4 Brioche Buns, halved and lightly toasted
  • 1 Vine Ripe Tomato, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced

    Preheat Grill

    Mix together the ground beef and Cholula Original. Form into 4 equal size thick patties.

    Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Top off with pepper jack cheese and continue to cook for 2 minutes, or until to cheese is melted

    Place the burger on the bun and top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with Cholula Original.
