Pulled Pork Sliders Infused With Cholula

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 5 pounds pork butt
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 3 ounces brown sugar
  • 1 cup hickory BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce

    Cut pork butt into large pieces. Place in a large pan and rub all dry spices into the meat completely.

    Add BBQ sauce, water and molasses and mix into pork. Cover pan and cook at 500 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Turn heat down to 350 and cook 1 more hour.

    Once pork is soft and tender pull apart with a fork while its sitting in the liquid of the pan.

    Add 3/4 cup of Cholula Green Pepper sauce into liquid. Once pork is cooled pull out of liquid and place on the side.

    Toast buns and place Pulled pork on top of buns.
