Italian Beef and Giardinierra Sandwiches

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 1 pound thinly shaved roast beef
  • 2 bottles beer of your preference
  • 1 1⁄4 cups Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 4 sliced French rolls
  • 1/2 cup Giardinerra peppers

    Place roast beef in a large pot with beer and 1 cup of the Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce.

    Heat over low heat until beef is warmed through and steaming.

    Place 1⁄4 of beef on each French roll. Spoon remaining Cholula over each sandwich and top evenly with giardinierra.
