Cook ground beef in a large pan until brown over medium heat.

Add in chili powder, cumin, garlic, cocoa powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 5—6 minutes.

While the meat is simmering, preheat your waffle maker.

Whip eggs in a small bowl. Add in shredded cheese, salt, and seasonings.

Divide chaffle mixture into 4 even portions, and cook each portion on the pre-heated waffle maker to make your shells. Each chaffle should cook for 3—4 minutes.

Fill you chaffles with the taco meat.

Top it with lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, or whatever your favorite taco toppings are. Drizzle desired amount of Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce on top for extra flavor, and finally garnish with chopped scallions.
