Buffalo Chicken Sliders

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 8 breaded chicken tenders, baked or fried, cut in half.
  • 8 brioche slider buns
  • 1/2 cup celery sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
  • 1/2 cup Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce

    Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 1
    Place 1⁄2 cup of the mayo in a bowl with blue cheese, 1 clove of minced garlic and cider vinegar.

  • Cholula Chipotle Buffalo Sauce

    Place remaining 1⁄2 cup mayo in bowl with other clove of minced garlic, pureed chipotle peppers and Cholula Hot Sauce.

  • Chicken Sliders

    Toss hot chicken tenders in the Cholula Chipotle buffalo sauce. Open slider buns and put 1 teaspoon blue cheese sauce on each top and bottom bun. Place a layer of shaved celery on bottom bun on top of blue cheese sauce. Put 2 chicken tender halves on each bun and replace top.
