Pico de Limo

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 8 roma tomatoes, diced and deseeded
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 ounces Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce

    Put tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add Cholula Chili Lime and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
