Chili Lime Margarita Flavor Ice

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 2 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon 1800® Tequila
  • 2 tablespoon Cholula® Chili Lime Hot Sauce
  • 1
    Stir all of the ingredients together in a nonreactive bowl (stainless steel, glass, or ceramic) to dissolve the sugar. Pour the mixture into two ice cube trays and freeze thoroughly, about 2 1/2 hours.

    Once frozen, place the desired amount of ice in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately. Plan to process 3 to four ice cubes per person.
