Summer Cucumber and Mango Salad

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Cholula Chili Garlic Hot Sauce
  • 1 mango, peeled and cut 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cholula Chili Lime to drizzle over salad
  • 1 mint sprig

    In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, mango, Cholula Chili Garlic, sugar, kosher salt and black pepper.

    Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

    Drain excess liquid, add sour cream and toss.

    Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with Cholula Chili Lime, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
