Chicken Bowl

WHAT'S NEEDED
HOW TO MAKE
  • 1 pound Chicken breast, rinsed and medium diced
  • 1 ounce Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cholula® Chili Garlic
  • 4 cups White Rice (cooked to manufacturer’s instructions)
  • 2 Ear Corn, roasted, cleaned, and shucked
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo
  • 1 cup Black Beans, strained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, washed and chopped

    Add the oil to a warm sauté pan and cook chicken for 5 minutes. Finish with Cholula Chili Garlic.

    Add the cooked rice to four separate bowls and top with roasted corn, pico de gallo, black beans, and cheddar cheese. Finish with Chicken, avocado, and cilantro.

    Drizzle Cholula Chili Garlic on top.
