  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cholula® Mexicali Wing Sauce
  • Chopped fresh cilantro, optional
  • Lime wedges, optional
  • Cotija crema, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange wings in single layer on large foil-lined pan.
  • 2 Bake on lowest oven rack 30 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.
  • 3 Place wings and Wing Sauce in large bowl; toss until well coated. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges and Cotija crema, if desired.
  • 4 Tip: To make your own Cotija crema, simply mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt in small bowl until smooth. Stir in 2 tablespoons crumbled Cotija cheese. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
