To make salt, combine Cholula Green Pepper with salt in a small bowl and place on a plate. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Mixture will begin to dry and harden on the edges.
Cut lines in salt mixture in both directions in mixture using a knife, spoon, or other cooking implement to break apart, mix to combine wet parts with dry, then microwave an additional 60 seconds.
Let mixture sit for at least 30 minutes prior to making cocktail to dry. Break apart chunks by pulsing in a blender or placing mixture in a bag and smashing with a mallet, rolling pin, or bottom of a bowl. Combine with cilantro and set aside.
Combine Cholula Chili Lime with all remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Rim glass with lime juice and seasoned salt then fill with bomba-rita and serve immediately.
