Cholula-Burger
Ingredients:
Ground beef - 1 1/2 lbs
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground cumin - 3/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 3/4 teaspoon dried leaves
CHOLULA HOT SAUCE - 1/4 cup, or more to taste
STEP 1:
Mix ingredients; gently pat into thick patties. (One secret of a great burger, besides the CHOLULA HOT SAUCE, is to be gentle with the beef.)
STEP 2:
Grill over a hot fire or pan sauté in 1-tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
STEP 3:
Serve on a warm bun with mayonnaise, a leaf of lettuce and a big dollop of avocado relish.
