Pyzanos Pizzeria Cho Roll

INGREDIENTS

12 oz dough ball rolled out with rolling pin
4 oz ground beef cooked in Cholula® Hot Sauce
2 oz diced jalepenos (Fresh or Canned)
2 oz diced tomato
3 oz whole milk mozzarella or Monterey Jack
crushed red pepper

STEP 1

Roll, then using a fork, punch some holes in the roll and cook for 10 minutes at 550°F.

STEP 2

When roll is finished, baste with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika or red chili powder.

STEP 3

Serve with a side of marinara sauce.
