Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh atlantic salmon
  • 1 oz yellow onion, diced
  • 1 oz green onion, biased cut
  • 1/3 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1 oz ponzu
  • 1 oz mayonaise
  • 1 tsp Cholula┬« Green Pepper Hot Sauce
 

Preparation

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.

Skin salmon and dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.

Serve salmon and dressing together at room temperature in small bowls.
