3 Pepper Glazed Pork Tenderloin
- 1 lb fresh atlantic salmon
- 1 oz yellow onion, diced
- 1 oz green onion, biased cut
- 1/3 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds Dressing
- 1 oz ponzu
- 1 oz mayonaise
- 1 tsp Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.
Skin salmon and dice into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine all ingredients and marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
Serve salmon and dressing together at room temperature in small bowls.
