1/2 cup Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons CHOLULA HOT SAUCE - or more to taste
Salt & pepper - To taste
1/2 cup Olive oil
Place all ingredients except olive oil in bowl of food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth. With motor running, add oil in a steady stream.
May be served as a salad dressing, especially good over spinach, or as a condiment for any meat or chicken.
Makes 1 cup.
