Guacamole Ole

Recipe developed by The Clever Cleaver Brothers®


3 large ripe avocados
1/2 teaspoon. minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Cholula® Hot Sauce
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Step 1:

Cut each avocado in half, remove pit and scoop the avocados away from the skin and place in bowl.

Step 2:

Add ingredients, and using a fork, mash and mix until desired texture.

Step 3:

Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or other entrees.
