"I first discovered Cholula Hot Sauce when I moved to Los Angeles in the early 90’s. We didn’t have as much access to hot sauces like this on the East Coast when I was growing up, so I was like a kid in a candy store. I love the depth of Cholula, and the texture, and it comes through in every flavor - my favorites are the Chili Garlic and the Green Pepper - but you really can’t go wrong. I put it on everything from eggs, to meat, to fish, to veggies, to toast of course. For the next year, we’ll be having Taco Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in our house!"

Cholula Hot Sauce was thrilled to have wrapped another successful event series, the Mash Tour, with Brooklyn Brewery this past fall across the country. This unique series of events hit mansions in six major US cities and featured Cholula as a part of the food offerings. In addition, Chef Gerson made special appearances at local food markets preparing special and easy to make bites for consumers to experience Cholula's flavor and unique food pairings.
